REGISTRATION FOR THE 2023 SEASON IS OPEN!

If you are still interested in playing in one of these divisions we will look into other teams at the GELC that might have room on their rosters.
If you are wanting to register in one of these divisions, please follow the registration process and we will look at each one case-by-case.
VOLUNTEER CREDITS/FREE REGISTRATION:
If you have questions about your volunteer credit or free registration that you won at our AGM or bingo/casino please contact the registrar for instructions BEFORE you register!!
HOW TO REGISTER:
- If you do not have a RAMP account, you can follow the registration link to also create a new account.
- The ALA insurance requirements must be met for any player to be allowed on the floor. Which means your player must be registered with our club to use our floor times.
- For player registration you can pay online by credit card or by sending money through an EFT (NO cheques). The EFT must be received within 24 hours to complete your registration. Failure to do so may result in loss of registration.
* A 3% processing fee will be added to your credit card on all registrations.
- If sending money through EFT please ensure you add a comment with your players first and last name and the level they play.

U17W Full
U15W teams have room for more players on each team. There will be 2 Titans teams.
U13W Full
U11W teams have room for more players on each team. There will be 2 Titans teams.
As per communication from the President on December 5, 2022 (full letter can be viewed here), this season, the female teams will be formed one at a time. To avoid having extremely small teams like in previous years, registration will be waitlisted after 18 runners + goalie. The waitlist will be monitored, and if the waitlist reaches 12 runners + goalie, we will notify those waitlisted and create a second team. 4-2: POLICY: REFUND POLICY
Purpose: To ensure appropriate and timely payments for the Sherwood Park Titans Lacrosse Association and identify conditions regarding refunding of fees to families.
- All refunds, regardless of reason, are charged a $25.00 admin fee.
- Refunds requested prior to April 1st, for any reason, will be fully refunded (minus the $25 admin fee).
- After April 1st, refunds will be prorated by week (minus the $25 admin fee).
- There will be no refunds after May 1st, unless provided documentation for medical reasons.
- Refunds will be made through mode of original payment (less applicable credit card fee, which is not refundable)
- Refunds will be noted in RAMP to ensure the right number of players are recorded for payment to both GELC and ALA.
4.3 POLICY: MULTIPLAYER DISCOUNT
- A multi-player discount is available for families where there are 3 or more registrations from the same family (step-family) residing at the same primary residence.
- Full registration cost will be applied to the oldest 2 registrants, a 25% reduction for the 3rd player and 4th player or more will get 50% off registration.
Any registrations after close of registrations will not be guaranteed a spot on a team, a wait list may be created depending on team availability.

SHORTS:
Titans shorts are MANDATORY for each player to wear during games. Shorts are available for purchase ONLY through Sin Bin directly.
REGISTRATION FOR VOLUNTEERS AND COACHES:
To be allowed on the bench and on game sheets, ALL bench staff (coaches, assistant coaches, trainers and managers) MUST register in RAMP every season. You can login to your player's RAMP account to register yourself: http://sherwoodparktitans.rampregistrations.com

** COACH AND BENCH STAFF AND EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS STILL NEED TO COMPLETE A REGISTRATION EVEN IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED IN A PREVIOUS YEAR. IT RESETS EVERY YEAR.
