Practice Blackout & Change Requests
-
Practices may be blacked-out in the schedule if a practice could be scheduled during that time.
-
This means that certain time slots in the schedule will be "blacked-out" (blocked off) to indicate that no practices can be scheduled for your team.
-
This happens when there's a possibility of a conflict with that time due to your team being in a tournament. *Please make sure you also consider travel dates should your tournament be out of town. Ex: If your team is in a tournament that starts on Friday, but your team bus is leaving Thursday, then you need to also block off the Thursday in your request.
- A practice will not be rescheduled due to other sports, coach absence, or goalie absence.
- Practices may be rescheduled if the team has entered an ALA sanctioned tournament
- Practices must be returned and/or "blacked-out" to the Titans Scheduler within 15 days of the practice date.
- If the Titans Scheduler is not notified within the required time frame the team will be invoiced $100.00 no show fee as per Titans Policy 12.1: NO USE POLICY.
-
-
Practices may be swapped with a different team if the team mutually agrees.
-
This means that if two teams agree, they can switch their practice times with each other.
-
Both teams have to be okay with the change for it to happen.
- Both teams must submit a request
-
*ALL requests must be made using the form.
