Practice Blackout / Change Request

Practice Blackout & Change Requests

  • Practices may be blacked-out in the schedule if a practice could be scheduled during that time.

    • This means that certain time slots in the schedule will be "blacked-out" (blocked off) to indicate that no practices can be scheduled for your team.

    • This happens when there's a possibility of a conflict with that time due to your team being in a tournament. *Please make sure you also consider travel dates should your tournament be out of town. Ex: If your team is in a tournament that starts on Friday, but your team bus is leaving Thursday, then you need to also block off the Thursday in your request.

    • A practice will not be rescheduled due to other sports, coach absence, or goalie absence.
    • Practices may be rescheduled if the team has entered an ALA sanctioned tournament
    • Practices must be returned and/or "blacked-out" to the Titans Scheduler within 15 days of the practice date.
    • If the Titans Scheduler is not notified within the required time frame the team will be invoiced $100.00 no show fee as per Titans Policy 12.1: NO USE POLICY.
  • Practices may be swapped with a different team if the team mutually agrees.

    • This means that if two teams agree, they can switch their practice times with each other.

    • Both teams have to be okay with the change for it to happen.

    • Both teams must submit a request

*ALL requests must be made using the form.
