2026 Season Information
- U15 Lacrosse has male and female teams (visit U15 Female Division Homepage for specific info for female teams.)
- U15 teams will consist of a min 12 runners +1 goalie, up to 18 runners + 2 goalies per team (dependent on registrations)
- U15 Lacrosse is played in tiers A,B, C
- Players who wish to tryout for the U15 'A' team must declare their intent to do so with their 2026 registration
- Deadline for 'A' Player Intent: January 27, 2026
- Review 'A' Team Information
- 'A' tryouts start in Feburary
- There will be 'B' evaluations that all other players must attend for the formation of the remaining 'B' and 'C' teams
- Evaluations will consist of skills and 5 on 5 scrimmages
- 'B' Evaluations start in March.
- Please review the Titans Evaluation Policy (final updates being made, check back in January)
- U15 Division Season Play will begin the week of April 13th, 2026.
- U15B and U15F weekday games will be scheduled on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a start time of anywhere between 7:00-8:30pm.
- There will be some weekend play with Westlock.
- There will be travel for league play, for female lacrosse, to Central Alberta on some weekends.
- U15A & U15C weekday games will be scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday, with a start time of anywhere between 7:00-8:30pm.
- U15A will have travel for league play to Red Deer on weeknights or weekends.
- No set days for practices; 1-2 practices per week Monday through Sunday, for 1 hour each.
- GELC Playoffs: June 15-26, 2026
- Provincials (Medicine Hat): July 10-12, 2026

- Lacrosse Stick: As per WL Rule Book section 2.2
- 15 minute periods stopped time, with 2 minutes in between periods
- U15 Lacrosse will be played in accordance with the World Lacrosse Rulebook and the LC Age and Stage Modifications
- Crease Dives: Permitted, no cylinder exists
- Goalie Equipment: Alignment with LC guidelines based on height and CAT code. *The goalkeeper’s stick may be of any desired length, but shall not be more than 38.1 cm (15" in width. Nothing may be added to or attached to the outside of the stick. The measurement for width is to be inside frame measurement.
- Offensive Screens/Picks: Rule 8.2
- Contact: Equal pressure concept. Once equal pressure is met, defender can crosscheck to direct opponent and re-establish defensive positioning. Defender is not permitted to repeatedly crosscheck, or slash an attacker off ball once defensive positioning is established. Checking must be directed at the elbow.
- Crease Rules: Loose Ball in crease = live ball for both the attackers and defenders. NLL Batted Rule - attackers cannot direct a loose ball into the goal that is inside the crease. Defender can pull back into the crease.
- A game sheet must be completed. All goals, penalties and assists are recorded.
- Titans shorts are required for games *Only available for purchase through Sin Bin
- Each team gets 2 sets of jerseys (home/away) that need to be returned at the end of the season.
