Welcome to the 2021 Season

Hello New and Returning Titans

Welcome to the 2021 season of Lacrosse. This is a great sport and opportunity for our little athletes to be able to learn team skills, athletic abilities and general love for the game. As we gear up for the 2021 season, there is some information that you may need to know.

  • Registration is now open. If you have yet to register, please use the register links on the Titans website.
  • Due to floor scheduling in Strathcona County, days and times have yet to be determined. Once we get closer to the season, more information will be provided.
  • We have received a numerous amount of friend’s requests. At the 6U and 8U levels, we do consider 1 friends request however we cannot promise that they can be accommodated to. The procedure that we need to adhere to is that each parent needs to submit the friends request to be considered as we need to ensure that the request is reciprocated. Due to Covid restrictions, there may be a bigger challenge this year. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
  • Coach requests cannot be considered. We appreciate our coaches to the highest degree however coach requested may not be considered as we need to ensure that the teams are leveled off and even. Each coach brings to the game value and to each and every one of our players so please enter the season with respect to all of our volunteer coaches.
  • Protective Gear. All of our little players require a lacrosse stick, helmet (with face guard), kidney guards, arm pads, mouth guard, shoulder pads, gloves, an athletic cup, knee pads and indoor running shoes. For a clear example, look to the Titian's website under Parent Resources and click on Equipment. And yes, if your player has hockey equipment, some of that can be utilized.
  • Titans Uniforms. Shorts as part of their uniform are required and can be purchased. Further details will be provided on where they will be obtained.
  • The season for our athletes starts in April so please keep checking RAMP for dates and times. We should be able to have the teams finalized by the end of March.
  • For up to date Covid information, please visit FAQ 2021 Covid Restricted Season on the Titans website.

As soon as we have the teams finalized and we get closer to the beginning of the season we will be posting additional information. As a new or returning parent, if you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me and I should be able to get back to you as soon as I am able.

Thanks and GO TITANS!
