- AGM Notice Emailed and Posted on Website: Wednesday, October 1, 2025
- Nominations Close: Monday, October 13, 2025 @ 12:00 P.M.
- Nominating Committee Report Published: Saturday, October 18, 2025
Note: Notice of AGM must be provided not less than 21 days prior to the AGM. Nominations close not less than 10 days prior. Nomination results and open positions must be posted no later than 5 days prior to the AGM.
